Pet Love — Shipping Policy

Pet Love is a US-focused print-on-demand / made-to-order pet gift shop. Most items are produced after you place your order (for example via the Printful fulfillment network) and then shipped by the carrier.

Processing (production) time

• Typical production: 2–7 business days after your order is confirmed (busy seasons may take longer).
• Personalized or specialty items may need extra production time.

Shipping time (after production)

• United States: once shipped, delivery is commonly about 2–5 business days depending on the carrier and destination (estimates only).
• You will receive tracking when your order ships.

International shipping

• If international destinations are enabled at checkout, production still applies first; transit times vary by country and carrier. Duties, taxes, or customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, product, and carrier options. Free-shipping promotions (if any) will be shown at checkout.

Delays & issues

Carriers and production partners can experience delays outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, email ani.caribbean.742@gmail.com with your order number and we will help.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.
