About Moonfall Coven

Moonfall Coven is a free daily word grouping game set in Moonfall Village. Study the 16-word grid, spot the four hidden links, and clear every group before your four mistakes run out. Categories range from village lore like Lantern Row storefronts and Ghostlight Canal boats to sneaky wordplay like rhymes, anagrams, and hidden words, each ranked from Moonstone yellow (easiest) to Bloodmoon purple (hardest). Fridays bring the Hex Friday twist: one trickster word fits two groups, but only its true home clears the board.

How to play

Tap four words that share a secret connection, then press Submit. Correct groups lock in with their difficulty color: yellow for Moonstone, green for Ghostlight, blue for Lantern, and purple for Bloodmoon. Get three of four right and you will see a "One away!" hint, but four wrong guesses ends the game. Play online with no download, in your browser on your phone or computer. A new puzzle drops every day at midnight with streaks and a shareable emoji grid, and Practice mode gives you unlimited fresh puzzles with an instant retry after every game.
